Weil, Gotshal & Manges is an international law firm specialising in Corporate, Restructuring, and Finance law, and our London office is a leading player in the UK legal market. The Firm supports a varied client base of European, US and global private equity houses, corporates, and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border matters.

As a Trainee Associate at Weil, you will work on some of the most complex and sophisticated matters. The work will be varied, exciting and from the very start, you will be in the spotlight – helping to tackle the problems our clients face.

Our Virtual Experience Programme will allow you to gain hands-on experience of the type of tasks a Trainee Associate would get involved in while working in our Private Equity, Banking & Finance and Restructuring teams. 

This Virtual Experience Programme is:
• Open to school students, undergraduates/graduates from any degree discipline and career changers
• There are no deadlines as the programme is self-paced. It takes 5-6 hours to complete
• No prior legal knowledge or work experience is required to participate in this programme, and your work will not be assessed

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete.

    Assisting our Private Equity team with drafting an NDA for a potential acquisition

    Help our Banking & Finance team prepare a chart reflecting the structure of the transaction
