Social Media & Content Assistant

Hybrid (Remote & In-Person for events and content) | 5–10 hrs/week, with growth opportunity | $15/hr, with growth opportunity

About The Company: Forth is a peripartum wellness company supporting parents through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, blending medical, lactation, and wellness care.

We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media & Content Assistant to help bring our brand to life online and grow our community of parents and providers. Bonus if you’re also up for lending a hand with light scheduling/admin support when the team needs it.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, create, and direct content (photo, video, graphics, copy) across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
  • Build and manage a content calendar tied to brand voice and key campaigns
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and engage with our community
  • Collect client feedback/testimonials for content
  • Support outreach to potential corporate partners, including marketing materials and offers
  • As needed: backup support for scheduling, client intake, and event logistics

What we’re looking for:

  • A portfolio or samples of content work (social posts, video, design, or copy — coursework and personal projects welcome)
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong writer with a good sense of brand voice
  • Proactive with content and engagement ideas
  • GSuite proficiency; willingness to learn practice-management software
  • Comfortable working inclusively with a diverse client and provider base
  • Interest in perinatal/maternal health, a plus — passion valued over prior experience

To apply: Email your resume, a short intro, and a portfolio or content samples (Instagram/TikTok link, Drive folder, personal site, or PDF) to alison@forthforwomen.com.
