Clients and Community Relations

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives by obtaining online reviews, conducting client satisfaction surveys, managing community outreach events, assisting with social media, and supporting various marketing projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Online Reviews:

    • Contact clients and employees daily to obtain online reviews.
    • Work closely with attorneys to identify clients for review solicitation.
  2. Client Satisfaction Surveys:

    • Conduct surveys with clients to gauge their satisfaction.
    • Analyze survey results and report findings to the marketing team.
  3. Community Outreach:

    • Organize community outreach events, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and execution.
    • Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event delivery.
  4. Focus Groups:

    • Organize and manage focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
  5. Data Collection and Attribution:

    • Assist with data collection and attribution efforts.
    • Support the analysis of marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  6. Production Assistance:

    • Assist the Production Director with identifying clients ready for commercial shoots.
    • Create creative summaries for client testimonials and commercials.
  7. Social Media Support:

    • Assist with social media planning, content creation, and management.
    • Monitor social media channels and engage with the online community.
  8. Other Duties:

    • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with social media platforms and online review management.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the legal industry or personal injury sector.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and data analysis software.
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • Professionalism

Pay rate $24/hr
