Company Overview:

Invictus Property Advisors (“Invictus”) is a premier NYC-focused mid-market commercial real estate investment sales brokerage.

Position Summary (100% Commission Based):

As an investment sales agent at Invictus, you will forge lasting relationships with commercial real estate owners across designated submarkets in New York City. By leveraging strategic calling, media strategy, and networking, you will create and capitalize on commercial real estate sales opportunities. You will master the art of underwriting, marketing, and executing transactions across diverse asset classes. This role is entirely commission-based, offering unmatched earning potential. We are seeking ambitious agents who want to build their book of business, “quarterback” transactions, and ultimately lead their own sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Master relevant building and development site metrics along with neighborhood information.
  • Engage in extensive calling and meetings with commercial property owners.
  • Track all sales data, potential leads, and ownership information within your chosen submarket(s).
  • Originate and service business by following a systematic, proven approach.

Requirements:

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a boutique firm mindset.
  • Exhibit strong phone and interpersonal skills due to significant client interaction.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in commercial real estate and sales.
  • Be eager to learn, resilient, and resourceful.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and various AI platforms.
  • Have financial support at the start as the role is 100% commission-based.
