I attended WFU MSBA program after graduating from the George Washington University with a major in International Business and minor in Sustainability. I really enjoyed my time at WFU – the professors are super knowledgeable and helpful, and support from the Career Team really helped me securing my current job despite the market downfall. I work for a small and vibrant company called Wellnecity, where we use analytics from the healthcare industry to help companies manage their employee health plan thru strategic cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. It’s exciting to grow with the company and see how much progress we have achieved.
My advice to current students for is to actively utilize the sources from the Career Center. Never be afraid to ask for guidance and always remember, practice makes perfect. Do not underestimate yourself, you are special and will shine in your own way. Landing an opportunity is not a sprint, it’s a marathon: just keep practicing, networking, and trying, and more importantly, being the most authentic and confident you!
