Melissa worked with her career coach diligently to refine her resume and interview skills to prepare for accounting recruitment. She attended Meet the Firms, where she was able to use the skills she developed through meetings with her coach and the MRE Coaching Team. Through her engagement with the firms and intentionality in her networking, Melissa obtained multiple offers and secured her winter 2024 internship in Audit at PwC in Charlotte, NC. Furthermore, Melissa was set on gaining as much experience as possible and wanted to take advantage of junior year summer, so with the help of her career coach, she began applying and was able to interview and land an internship at Barclays for the summer of 2023 in the Internal Audit Division in Wilmington, DC.
