Mikalia graduated from Spelman College with a degree in Health Science.
After receiving an email from her career coach suggesting it, she attended the School of Business Board of Visitors networking event in the Fall. At this event, she met a very helpful alumnus who introduced her to the field of government consulting and recommended her to a fellow alumnus who worked at Deloitte.
